that portion of Second Avenue North hereinafter bed, in the City of Edmonds,

vacation of the said portion of Second Avenue North, on the 17th day of September,
1957, and
WHEREAS, the said ;^ouncil of the said City did, by resolution duly
adopted on the 17th day of September . 1957, set the 15th day of October
1957, at the hoar of 3:00 p.m. of said day, for the hearing and determination on
said petition, and
