AN 0:DINANCE VACATING A CUL-DE-SAC ON LAUREL WAY, IN THE CITY 0A'
EDMONDS, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: That portion of Laurel Way in the
plat of R.C. Munger Addition No. 5 as recorded in volume 16 of
• plats, page 86, records of Snohomish County, Washington, described
as follows: beginnin at the southwest corner of Lot eleven (11);
thence east 30 feet to the northwest corner of Lot twelve (12)
thence south 80 feet; thence west 30 feet; thence north 80 feet
to the point of beginning; situate in Snohomish County, ki�sid nEton.

WFi1 LAS, the owners of the private property abutting on the
cul-de-sac on Laurel Way hereinafter described, in the City of
Edmonds, duly filed petition with the City Council of the City of
Edmonds, praying or the vacat on of the said cul-de-sac, on the

WEitEAS, the said Council of thesaid City did, by resolution

p.m. of said say for the narin and determination on said petition,
and
WHiREAS, due and lgal notice of the time and place of hearing
and the determination on said petition has been cauly given by the
l'ity Clerk as required by law, and

tion should be granted, and the saiC City Council does hereby
determine to vacate the said cul-de-sac on Laurel Way, hereinafter

NOW, THEREFORE, TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0:' 1 DMONDS
DO::S HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the cul-de-sac on Laurel Way located in
the Cit;. of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington,
describes' as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Laurel Way in the plat of R.C.
Munger Addition No. 5 as recorded in volume 16 of
plats, page 86, records of Snohomish County, Washing-
ton, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest
