AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN OF THE CITY OF EDMONDG, MORE SPECIFICALLY, OFFICIAL MAI
Al (DESIGNATED THE COMPREHENSIVE ELAN) OF THE CITY OF EDMONDb,
PURSUANT TO THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO SAID CITY,
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO E FECT SUCH CHANGES AS ARE
NECESSARY
WH WH EREAS, on August 15, 1961, the City Council of the City of Edmonds
passed Ordinance No. 892 of the City of Edmonds, annexing certain real property to
the said City, effective August 23, 1961, and
WH E R EA S, the comprehensive plan of the City of Edmonds should be
augmented and amended to include thereunder the property so annexed, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That City Engineers' drawing No. &11___Y incorporating the
property hereinafter described within the comprehensive plait of the City of Edmonds
as shown by the official map thereof, three copies of which drawing are attached
hereto and made a part hereof and incorporated herein by reference as though fully
set forth herein, and three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk,
IS HEREBY ADOPTED.
Section 2. That the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Edmonds set forth
in Chapter 12.04, et. seq., of the Edmonds City Code, -nd Official Map "A" of said
City, be and the same are hereby amended to incorporate therein the following de-
scribed property:
Beginning at a point on the north line of the Edmonds Corporate Limits,
said point being the SE corner of L,t 92, Edmnnds Seaview Tracts, according to
• recorded plat thereof; thence north and northeasterly along the easterly line of
lots 92 to 68 of said plat, inclusive, to the intersection of the projection of the
easterly line of lot 68 with the southwesterly line of lot 42; thence northwesterly
along the southwesterly line of said lot 42 to the SW corner thereof; thence north-
easterly along the west line of Lot 42 to the northwest corner thereof, thence westerly
along the south line of Lot 19, Block 1, Plat of Seahurst, according to the recorded
PLAT thereof to the SW corner of said Lot 19, Block 1; thence northeasterly along the
easterly margin of 94th Ave. West to the most southerly corner of lot 10, Block 1,
Plat of Seahurst; thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of lots 10 to
16 inclusive to the southeast corner of said lot 16, block 1; thencg north along
the east line of lot 16 to the southerly margin of Olympic View Drive; thence north -
easterly along the south margin of Olympic View D ive to the northwest corner of
Lot 16, Dobson Park, according to the plat thereofrthence south 111.88 feet to the
southwest corner thereof; thence east 80 feet; thence north 146.5 feet to the southerly
margin of Olympic View Drive; thence easterly along said southerly margin to an
intersection with the north -south centerline of section 18; thence north to the north
quarter corner, thence north along the centerline of section 7, twp.27 NR 4 EWM,
to the NW corner of the south half of the southeast quarter of said section, also being
a point on the south line of Talbot Park, according to the recorded plat thereof;
thence easterly along the south line of Talbot Park and the north line of the south half
of the southeast quarter of said section T to a point of said north line produced east
with the intersection of the east margin of 76th Ave. West; thence northerly along
the east margin of 76th Ave. West to its intersection with the north line of Tract 92,
Plat of Meadowdale Reach according to the recorded plat thereof; thence westerly
• along the production of the north line of said tract 92 to the west line of section 8,
twp. 27 NR 4 EWM; thence north along said west line of section 8 to the NW corner
thereof; thence northwesterly to the NE corner of Lot 22, Plat of Meadowdale Tidelands,
according to the recorded plat thereof; thence westerly along the north line of said
Lot 22 to the NW corner of said Lot 22; thence southwesterly along the west line of
said plat to the SW corner thereof, thence easterly along the south line of said pl..t
to the NW corner of Tideland Lot 2, Edmonds Tidelands in Sec. 7, Twp 27 NR 4 EWM;
thence southwesterly along the westerly line of Edmonds Tidelands to the North line
of the State Harbor Area in Government Lot 2, Sec. 13, Twp 27 NR 3 EWM; t' enc:
E 165 feet along said N line to the Government Meander Line; thence southwesterly
along the Government Meander Line to an intersection with the Inner Harbor Line in
Government Lot 3, Sec. 13, Twp 27 NR 3 EWM; thence southwesterly along the
State Inner Harbor Line to existing Edmonds corporate limits; thence southeasterly,
easterly, northerly and southerly along the existing Edmonds corporate limits to the
point of beginning;

Commencing at the east quarter corner of section 7, township 27 North,
Range 4 East, W. M., and proceeding thence along the centerline of 76th Ave.
West (also known as Meadowdale Road) North 1011145 east 602.27 feet to the true
point of beginning, thence north 61033110" West 22. 50 feet to the point of inter-
section of the westerly line of 76th Avenue West and the southwesterly line of
Brown's Point Road (also known as Bertola Road) as recorded under Auditor's file
No. 733197; thence northwesterly, northerly and northeasterly along the southwesterly,
westerly and northwesterly line of said Brown's Point Road, with the following courses,
curves and distances:
forth 61033110` west 198.53 feet, on a curve to the right having a
radius of 120.00 feet a distance of 80.69 feet; north 23001130" west

Lot 2, Section 7, Township 27 North, Range 4 East, N.M.; thence S 890
03105" E, along said north line to a point which is S 89003105" E, 538.90
feet from said Government Meander 1 ine; thence S 38005141" E, 193. 14 feet;
thence N 89003105" W. 29.65 feet to a point on the easterly line of the
aforementioned Brown'ri Point Road; thence southwesterly, southerly and
southeasterly along the southeasterly, easterly, and northeasterly line
of said Brown's Point Road and the projection thereof to its intersection
with the centerline of 76th Ave. W.; thence south 1011145" west 45.0 feet
to the true point of beginning (Snohomish County, Washington);
Section :3. That the City Engineer of the City of Edmonds is hereby
directed to make the necessary changes pursuant to this Ordinance.
• Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
according to law.
