AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OFFICIAL MA1' "B" OF TIIE CITY OF EDMONDS
(DESIGNATED THE ZONING MAP FOR SAID CITY) 'I'O ABOLISH THE CLASSI-
FICATION R-6 FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY AND REZONE THE SAME R-6A, ALL
IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. 87 OF THE EDMONDS PLANNING
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, on September 16, 1963, pursuant to public hearing, the Planning
• Commission of the City of Edmonds adopted Resolution No. 87, recommending a
change of zoning of certain property, and
WHEREAS, the rezoning of said property requires an amendment to the
Zoning Map of the "City of Edmonds,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Zoning Map "B" of the City of Edmonds be and the same

is hereby amended as follows:
That the following area:
The east 180.00 feet of the following described tract:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the southwest quarter, northwest
quarter of section 25 Township 27 North, Range 3 EWM; thence north
0039100" West 377.85 feet; thence north 89°38109" east 262.00 feet; thence
North 0°39100" west 80.36 feet; thence north 89°38'09n east 68.00 feet;
thence south 0°39'001' east 458 more or less to the south line of
the said southwest quarter, northwest quarter; thence south 89°42145" west
330.00 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPT that portion now zoned R-6A;
situate in Snohomish County, Washington,
is zoned R-6A. ,/
Section 2. That Engineer's Drawing No. if- iC showing the rezoning
of said property, three copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set out herein, and three copies of which are
on file in the office of the Edmonds City Clerk, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 3. That the above described area be and the same is hereby
rezoned from R-6 to R-6A.
Section 4. That the City Engineer of the City of Edmonds is hereby
directed to effect the necessary changes pursuant to this ordinance.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication according to law.
