(,/ t 5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, ED14ONDS, WASHINGTON BY CHANGING TOE ZONE CLASS- IFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RML (MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY) TO BM (NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS) PURSUANT TO THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE EDMONDS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION. WHEREAS, on the 26th day of May, 1965, pursuant to public hearing and notice thereof the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds adopted Resolution No. 122 recommending that the City Council rezone the hereinafter legally described property from RML (Multiple Residential Low Density) to BM (Neighborhood Business) and that the Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington, be accordingly amended and WHEREAS, the 13th day of July, 1965 was the date set by the City Council of the City of Edmonds for public hearing of the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds to rezone the said hereinafter legally described proper- ty as set forth herein, and said public hearing having taken place, and having been continued for further hearing, now. there- fore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington be and the same hereby is amended by changing the zoning class- ification of the following legally described property from RML (Mu14iple Residential Low Density to BN (Neighborhood Business), all situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington: All that portion of Lot 19, Block 5, Alderwood Manor Ito. 9 according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of plats, page 6, records of Snohomish County. Washington, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 19; thence N 64043'E along the northerly margin of Bowdoin Way 230.00 feet; thence N 7000'W 162.50 feet: thence N 64043'E 18.83 feet to the westerly margin of Main Street thence north- westerly along said westerly margin of Main Street to its intersection with a line parallel to and 198.0 feet north- erly of the northerly margin of Bowdoin Way; thence S 640 43'W along said parallel line to the west line of said Lot 19; thence southerly along said west line 198.0 feet to the point of beginning;. Section 2.
