ORDINANCE NO.. 11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EDMONDS
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 10G8, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED,
BY EXTENDING THE MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
('ITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON IN ACCORDANCE
WITH PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NOS.
110 AND 113.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearings and notices
thereof the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds adopted
Resolution Nos. 110 and 113 recommending that the Comprehensive
Plan of the City of Edmonds be amended to extend the Multiple -
Family Residential Designation to the property legally described
below, and
WHEREAS, the Cite sOuncil of the City of Edmonds
called a public hearing on the recommendation of the Planning
Commission of said City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council having determined that said
recommendation is the most consistent with the advantageous
development and appropriate use of said property and the health,
safety, morals and general welfare of the public, and
WHEREAS, it having been determined that the Edmonds
Comprehensive Plan should accordingly be amended by amendment
to the Official Map contained therein, said amendment being
within the purview of the existing documentation of said
Edmonds Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
IiO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1_ .Figure 32 of the Edmonds Comprehensive
Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 1068, as amended and supplemented,

is hereby amended by changing the designation of the
following legally described property to Multi -Family
Residential, situated in the County of Snohomish, Sta'_e of
Washington:
All of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Alderwood Manor
W) EXCEPT The North 270 feet thereof, AND all
that portion of Lot 7, Block 1, Plat of
Alderwood Manor #9, EXCEPT the South 230.00
feet of the West 203.07 feet thereof and
except that portion presently designated
Multi -Family Residential on the Official
Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Edmonds.
Section 2. The City Engineer of the City of Edmonds
is hereby directed to effect the necessary amendment to Figure
32 of the Edmonds Comprehensive Plan pursuant to this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five days after its passage and publication according
to law.
