AN ORDNANCE AMENDING TILE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP, EDMONDS, WASHINGTON BY
CILINGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RS-8 (SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO RML (MULTIPLE
RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY) PURSUANT TO
EDMONDS PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NO. 110.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing and notice
thereof the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds adopted
Resolution No. 110 recommending that the City Council grant an
application to rezone the hereinafter legally described proper-
ty from RS-8 (Single Family Residential) to RML (Multiple Resi-
dential Low Density) and that the Official Zoning Map, Edmonds,
Washington be accordingly amended, and
WHEREAS, the City Council pursuant to a public hearing
having determined that the zoning classification RML would be the
most consistent and advantageous development and appropriate
use of said property for the health, safety, morals and general
welfare of the public; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Wash-
ington be and the same hereby is amended by changing the
zoning classification of the following legally described
property from RS-8 (Single Family Residential) to RML (Multi-
ple Residential Low Density), all situate in the County of
Snohomish, Washington:
All of Lot 1, Mock 2, Alderwood Manor
No. 9, E.Y EP`i' the North 270 feet.

Section 2, The City Engineer of the City of Edmonds
is hereby directed to effectuate the necessary amendment to
the Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington pursuant to this
Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five days after its passage and publication according
to law.
