AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP,
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RS-8
TO BN PURSUANT TO PLANNING rDMMISSION RESOLU-
TION NO. 203.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called by
the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission Reso-
lution No. 203 and said City Council having determined that
the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and advan-
tageous for the development and appropriate use of said prop-
erty and for the health, safety, morals and general welfare
of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning class-
ification of the following described property from RS-8 (Single
Residential 8,000 Sq.Ft.) to BN (Neighborhood Business) all sit-
uate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of
Washington:
4104* fl6 t. ,ots 14 and 15, Berquist Addition.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby directed to effec-
tuate the necessary amendment to the Official Zoning Map of
Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
