Section 1. Section 8.46.050 of the Edmonds City Code
is hereby repealed.
Section Ordinance No. 1-'0L, being Section 8.48.070
Edmonds City Code i.i hereby amended to read as follows:
8.4o. 7u P.:rking Not to Obstruct Traffic or Exceed
7. Hour::.
(a) No person shall p!.rk ..any vehicle upon a
roadw:ly in such a manner or under such conditions ao
to leave av,.ilable less than 10 feet from the center-
line of thy, roadway for freemovement of vehicular
traffic, nor :.ball any peroons stop, park, cr leave
standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended,
upon the main -traveled part of any :street or highway,
provided, thi.: ::ub::ection shall not apply to a driver
of any vehicle which is disabled while on the main-
tr.veled portion of a highway in such manner and to

and temporarily leaving c.ch disabled vehicle in such
position.
(b) No person shall park or leave standing upon
