AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE
PLAN OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSe WASHINGTON BY RE -
DESIGNATING TO MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND TO
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL CERTAIN PROPERTY IN SAID
CITY PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NO. 242.
WHEREAS.# pursuant to Edmonds Planning Commission Resolu-
tion No. 242, the City Council of the City of Edmonds having
called a public hearing, and thereat having determined that
the Comprehensive Land Use Plan should accordingly be amended
for the property legally described below, said amendment
being within the purview of the existing documentation_:of
said Edmonds Comprehensive Plan, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSe WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1_ The Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the
Edmonds Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended by changing the
designations of the following described properties:
Multi -Family Residential: All that portion of the
East one-half of Lot 1 presently designated Commericial
and all of Lot 16, Lake McAleer Five Acre Tracts.
Single -Family Residential: Lot 17, Lake McAleer Five
Acre Tracts and all that area along the West side of
76th Avenue West from 234th Street Southwest to 242nd
Street Southwest presently designated Multi -Family
Residential, together with all that area along the
East side of 76th Avenue West from 228th Street South-
west to 244th Street Southwest presently designated
Multi -Family Residential:
Section 2. The City Engineer of the City of Edmonds is
hereby directed to effectuate the necessary amendment to said
Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Edmonds Comprehensive Plan
pursuant to this Ordinance.
