AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS# WASHINGTON
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCRz SECTION
12.13.130 (Table of Bulk and Dimensional Requirements
for Multiple Residence Districts), TO REQUIRE A
MINIMUM SIDE YARD SETBACK OF TEN FEET IN MULTIPLE
RESIDENCE DISTRICTS PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
,RESOLUTION, NO. 254.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 254 called a public hearing and thereat found it to
be in the best interests and the public health, safety and
welfare to amend the Edmonds Zoning Ordinance as set forth
below, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSr WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Table of Bulk and Dimensional Require-
ments for Multiple Residence Districts set forth in Section
12.13.130 is hereby amended to read as follows:
