EDMONDS, WASHINGTONi, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF, CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE. 8,000.,(RS-8) TO SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL; WATERFRONT,, 12,000 (RSW--12),. PURSU-
ANT TO PLANTING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 251.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing=haveing been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 251 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general wel-
fare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSe WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map,, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning class-
ification of the following described property from Single Fam-
ily Residence, 8,000 (RS-8) to Single Family Residence, Water-
front, 12,000 ,(RSW-12); all situate in the City of Edmonds,
County of Snohomish, State of Washington;
Lots 1 through 13 inclusive of Block 8, and Lots 1
through 27 inclusive of Block 7, Lake Ballinger Land
Company's Plat Subdivision No. 1, TOGETHER WITH all
that portion of Government Lots 5 and 6 of Section 32,
T27N, Range 4 E, W.M., located between 74th Ave. W.
and Lake Ballinger and within the boundaries of the
City of Edmonds.
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed
to effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official
Zoning Map of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
