Ordinance 1354ORDINANCE NO. / 15''f AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 12.13.130 (TABLE OF BULK AND DINSIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICTS) , TO REQUIRE A PARKING RATIO OF 1.75 SPACES eER DWELLING UNIT IN MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICTS PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION No. 263. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 263 called a public hearing and thereat found it to be in the best interests and the public health, safety and welfare to amend the Edmonds Zoning Ordinance, as set forth below, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section_1. The Table of Bulk and Dimensional Require- ments for Multiple Residence Districts set forth in Section 12.13.130 is hereby amended to read as follows: 'TABLE OF BULK AND DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICTS Lot area required Per D/U RML, Zone First D/U2 2;600 Sq.Ft.; Each additional D/U 2,000 sq.ft.
