AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION
12.13.130 (TABLE OF BULL AND D NSIONAD REQUIRE-
MENTS FOR A MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DI)TRICT), TO
ESTABLISH 2600 SQUARE FEET AS TUE AREA FOR CAL-
CULATION OF THE FIRST UNIT IN BOTH RML AND RMH
ZONING DISTRICTS SUANT TO PLANNING CO ISS1ON
RESOLUTION NO. 274.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
NO. 274 called a public hearing and thereat found it to
be in the best interests and the public health, safety
and welfare to amend the Edmonds Zoning Ordinance as set
forth below, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. The Table of Bulk and Dimensional Require
ments for multiple Residence Districts set forth in Section
12,13.130 is hereby amended to read as follows:
