AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFIC IAL ZONING MAP
OF EDMMONDS, WASHINGTON, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM GENERAL
COMMERCIAL (CG) TO MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL LO4
DENSITY (RML) , PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 287
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Rrsolution No. 287 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morale and general welfare
of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDl IONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLO S :
Section 1. The official zoning map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classi-
fication of the following described property from General Commercial
(CG) to Multiple Residential Low Density (RML) , all situate in
the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington:
All that portion of the following described property
presently zoned General Commercial (CG) :
The West 236.96 feet of the South 1/2 of Lot 29,
Skelton"s Lake McAleer 5 Acre Tracts, except the
South 3 0 " for road, records of Snohomish County,
Washington;
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning map,
of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
