AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP,
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 8,000 (RS -8) TO SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 12,000 (RS -12) PURSUANT TO
PLANNING COMMISSION NO. 290
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 290 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general
welfare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification of the following described property from single
family residential 8,000 (RS -8) to single family residential
12,000 (RS -12), all situate in the City of Edmonds, County
of Snohomish, State of Washington:
Lots 1 through 10 and 15 through 42, Plat of Pine
Ridge, TOGETHER WITH the South 1/2 of the South 1/2
of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
19, Township 27 North, Range 4 East, W. M., less
the East 365 feet, more or less, and less any portion
of Sibon Heights No. 2 lying therein.
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map
of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
