AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING EDMONDS CITY CODE SECTION 8.64.065 IN
ORDER TO LIMIT PARKING TO THREE (3) HOURS ON
THIRD AVENUE SOUTH ON BOTH SIDES FROM DAYTON TO
ALDER, ON ALDER STREET ON BOTH SIDES FROM THIRD
AVENUE SOUTH TO SECOND AVENUE SOUTH, ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF DAYTON STREET FROM THIRD AVENUE
SOUTH TO SECOND AVENUE SOUTH, EFFECTIVE FROM
6:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY,
AND LIMITING TO ONE-HALF HOUR PARKING ON THE
THREE SPACES IMMEDIATELY EAST OF THE PUBLIC
WORKS SHOP DRIVEWAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF DAYTON,
WEST OF SECOND AVENUE SOUTH, ALSO EFFECTIVE FROM
6:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY,
AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Edmonds Municipal Code Section 8.64.065 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
8.64.065 SCHEDULE VI -A - PARKING TIME LIMITED FOR
CERTAIN PERIODS OF TIME ON CERTAIN STREETS.
In accordance with Section 8.48.155 and when signs are
erected giving notice thereof, no person shall stop,
stand or park a vehicle for the period of time longer
than the number of hours set forth below, or between
the hours set forth below:

Section 2. This ordinance, being an administrative
action, is not subject to referendum and shall take effect five
(5) days after this ordinance or a summary thereof consisting of
