AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, DECLARING THAT THE PURPOSE FOR
WHICH FUND 330 WAS CREATED HAS BEEN FULFILLED,
AUTHORIZING CLOSURE OF SUCH FUND, AND FIXING A
TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, Fund 330 was created for the purpose of making capital
improvements, including improvements to the Frances Anderson Center, library, and street
overlays; and
WHEREAS, the funds appropriated for that purpose have been fully expended;
and surplus funds of $18,653 were transferred to the Street Construction Fund per 2005 Budget
Adopting Ordinance 3525; and
THEREFORE,
WHEREAS, the City Council therefore wishes to close the Fund; NOW,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A fund known as the Bond Construction Fund is hereby closed.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power specifi-
cally delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect
five (5) days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the
title.
