2.21.010 Authorization. The mayor is authorized to pay any manager or
tirector level employee special duty pay in addition to that person's regular
compensation when the mayor has temporarily assigned special duties to that persom

2.21.0 20 Special duties — defined. "Special duties" are defined as thos
duties not included as "Primary Duties and Responsibilities" in the employee's offici
