The Council met in regular session with Mayor Fourtner presiding. The roll
call showed the following Councilmen present;.H.A.Chandler,VI.C.Hanson, 0.
Savage, W.Hansen,W.Clausen and W.T.Jones. The minutes of the last meeting
were read and approved.
CoWoGu�erin offered §316,00 for lots 8-9 and 10 in block 89, Plat City of
Edmonds'_, 100,.00 cash and the balance in monthly payments 'of 415,00 with
6 per cent interest.
On motion the Council accepted the offer and instructed the City Attor-
ney to draw up the contract.
The hearing on the First Avenue North, Local Improvement came up for
consideration. the Mayor asked if there were any one present had any objec-
tion the the assessment again9t thrier property, There being none the Coun-
cil on motion passed Ordinance No. confirming the assessment roll as read.
The hearing on the Third Avenue North Local Improvement District No651
Assessment for improvement by sidewalk and curb and gutter. The Mayor asked
if there were any one present who had any objections to the cost of the
improvement. There being none the Council on motion adopted Ordinance No.
approving the assessment roll of Local improvement District No. 51.
On motion the Council desided to have maps made of the Dater and Sewer
systems.
There being no further business on motion the Council adjourned.
