Call to Order
Chair Jerry Janacek called the meeting to order at 4:04 pm

Approval of Minutes
• Motion by Melissa Johnson to approve April 21, 2016, seconded by Peggy
Irwin. Minutes approved.
Finance Report: See attached for April Cemetery Reports.
Chair Report:
• Reviewed annual report to the City Council
• June 16, 2016 meeting will beat City Hall in the Fourtner Room.
• Patrick Kelly's excused absence was discussed.

Staff Report from Rich:
• New seasonal staff has been hired.
• The fence which was damaged by a downed tree in a windstorm has been
repaired.
Old Business:
• Rules and Regulations are to be discussed in June.
• The Board wishes to thank Dale Hoggins for his efforts regarding restoring
the Cook monument. It is complete.
• Memorial Day Planning was discussed.

New Business:
Peggy motioned to grant a temporary leave of absence to Patrick Kelly.
Melissa seconded and it was granted.
A meeting was held May 16 to discuss the Walk Back In Time. We will use
guides this year.
