Resolution 105RESOLUTION NO. 105 A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND THE DENIAL OF THE REQUEST TO REZONE FROM RS-6 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO RMH (MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY) THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-12-64. -------------------------------------------------------------------- WHEREAS, the 18th day of November, 1964, at 8:00 p.m., was the date and time set for public hearing on petition to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Edmonds by rezoning from RS-6 (Single Family Residential) to RMH (Multiple Family Residential High Density) the property legally described as: All of Blocks 2, 3 and 4 within the Plat of SOUTH PARK ADDITION TO EDMONDS, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, Page 13, Records of Snohomish County, Washington; and WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing to consider rezoning of said area, it appeared that proper notice and publi- cation had been effected; and WHEREAS, after due consideration of present existing use and surrounding neighborhood zoning, it appeared that zoning classification RMH would not be consistent with the most advantageous development and appropriate use of said property at this time; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the petition to rezone the herein described property from RS-6 to RMH be denied.
