Resolution 110PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 110 A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS BY REZONING FROM RS-8 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO RML (MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY) THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-5-65. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHEREAS, the 17th day of February, 1965, at 8:00 p.m., was the date and time set for public hearing to amend the Official Zoning Map and the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Edmonds by rezoning from RS-8 (Single Family Residential) to RML (Multiple Residential Low Density) the property legally described as: and All of Lot 1, Block 2, Alderwood Manor #9, EXCEPT the North 270 ft.; WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing to consider rezoning of said area, it appeared that proper notice and publica- tion had been effected; and WHEREAS, after due consideration of present existing use and surrounding neighborhood zoning, it appears that zoning classification of RML is the most consistent with the advantageous development and appropriate use of said property and the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the public; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the herein described property be zoned RML (Multiple Residential Low Density) of the City of Edmonds and that the Comprehensive Plan/be so amended as to include Multiple Residential zoning in said area, in accordance with Engineer's Drawing No. ; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the Official Zoning Map of the City of Edmonds be so amended by adding thereto Engineer's Drawing No. �_� j 0 DATED this /v,' day of ` f 1965.
