Resolution 1130 • PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 113 A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND THE AMENDMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS BY EXTENDING THE MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DESIGNATIONS SHOWN THEREON, IN ACCORDANCE WITH PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. CP-2-65. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ WHEREAS the 21st day of April, 1965, at 8:00 p.m., was the date and time set for public hearing to amend the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Edmonds by extending the Multi -Family Residential designations shown thereon to include the following legally described property: All of Lot 2, Block 2, Alderwood Manor #9 EXCEPT the North 270 feet thereof, AND all that portion of Lot 7, Block 1, Plat of Alderwood Manor #9, EXCEPT the South 230.00 feet of the West 203.07 feet thereof and except that portion presently designated Multi -Family Residential on the Official Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Edmonds; and WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing to consider said amendment, it appeared that proper notice and publication had been effected; and WHEREAS, after due consideration of the proposed extension, it was determined that long-range planning for such use would be consistent with the most advantageous development of the area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Edmonds be amended to extend the Multi -Family Residential designation to the property legally described above.
