Resolution 142• PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 142 A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF EDMONDS THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY DESIGNATING AS"COMMERCIAL" THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. CP-10-65. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHEREAS, the 20th day of October, 1965, at 8:00 p.m., was the date and time set for public hearing to amend the Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Edmonds by designating as "Commercial" the property described as: Lots 5 & 6, Block 3, Westgate Park Division #1; and WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing to consider said amendment, it appeared that proper notice and publication had been effected; and WHEREAS, after due consideration of the proposed amendment, it was determined that Lot 6 should be designated "Commercial", but that Lot 5 should remain "Single Family Residential", and that such amendment would be in the best interests of long-range planning for the area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the Official Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Edmonds be amended to designate as "Commercial" the property legally described as "Lot 6, Block 3, Westgate Park Division #1".
