Resolution 156PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 156 A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP OF SAID CITY BY DESIGNATING AS "MULTIPLE" THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. CP-13-65. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WHEREAS, the 15th day of December, 1965, at 8:00 p.m., was the date and time set for public hearing on petition to amend the Official Comprehensive Plan Map by designating as "Multiple" the property described as: All of Lot 1, Block 1; all of Lot 5, Block 3; the west 100' of Lot 49 Block 3; the. north 150' of the east 27' of Lot 4, Block 3; the north 150' of Lot 3, Block 3; and the north 150' of the west 104' of Lot 2, Block 3, Fruitland Acres to Lake Ballinger; and WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing, it appeared that proper notice and publication had been effected; and WHEREAS, after due consideration of the proposed amendment, it was determined that designation of "Multiple" on that portion of the property described above which is presently designated "Single Family Residential" would be consistent with the most advantageous development and appropriate use of said property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the be amended Official Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Edmonds/by designating as "Multiple" that property legally described herein which is presently designated "Single Family Residential".
