Resolution 1620 49 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 162 A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS THE AMENDMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS BY DESIGNATING AS "COMMERCIAL" THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. CP-2-66. WHEREAS, the 2nd day of March, 1966, at 8:00 p.m., was the date and time set for public hearing; on the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Edmonds by designating as "Commercial" the property legally described as: Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, and Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, Oliver Park Addition to the City of Edmonds; and WHEREAS, at the time and slate fixed for said public hearing, it appeared that proper notice and publication had been affected; and WHEREAS, after due consideration of the proposed amendment, it was determined that designation of "Commercial" on said property would be consistent with the most advantageous development and appropriate use of said property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the Official Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Edmonds be amended by designating as "Commercial" the property herein legally described.
