RESOLUTION NO. 166
A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS THE
AMENDMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS BY DESIGNATING
AS "COMMERCIAL" THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE
NO. CP-3-66.
WHEREAS, the 16th day of March, 1966, at 8:00 p.m., was the date and time
set for public hearing on the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Map
of the City of Edmonds by designating as "Commercial" the property legally
described as:
The west 180 ft., more or less, of the North 3 acres of the North
1/2, Southeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4, Section 30,
Township 27 North, Range 4 E, W.M., except that part lying east of
Highway 99, and except city street; and
WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing, it appeared
that proper notice and publication had been effected; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of the proposed amendment, it was
determined that designation of "Commercial" on said property would be con-
sistent with the most advantageous development and appropriate use of said
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of
Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the
Official Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Edmonds be amended by designating
as "Commercial" the property herein legally described.
