A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS THE DENIAL
OF A PETITION TO REZONE FROM RS-6 (SINGLE RESIDENTIAL 6,000 SQ. FT.) TO RMH
(MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY) THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING
COMMISSION FILE NO. R-13-66.

That portion of Government Lot 2, Section 24, :27N, Range 3E, W,M.,
described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the West line
of cth Ave. No, an4 the center .line of Glen Street &a established in
the City of £dmands, which point is 633.55 feet more or less, East
and 147,77 feet, more o; lass, :Worth of the cIuazrte: corner between
sections 23 and 24; thence north 111.7 feet more or less to the NE
corner of Edmonds Junior High School Tract and the true point of
beginning; thence Dead along the north Line or said -tract, 336.3 ft.

that proper notice and publication had been effected; and

NOW, TKE;RLrORE, 3E IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of
,Edmonds tkiat recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the
Petition to amend the Official Zoning Flap of the City of Edmonds by rezoning
from RS-6 to Rini! the herein described property be denied.
