RESOLUTION NO. 183
A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS THE
AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP TO DESIGNATE AS "COMMERCIAL"
CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. CP-12-66.
WHEREAS, the 17th day of August, 1966, at 8:00 p.m., was the date and time
set for public hearing on the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Map
of the City of Edmonds by designating as "Commercial" the property legally
described as:
Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 4, Seattle Heights Division No. 4, Section 20,
Township 27 N, Range 4 E, W.M., Snohomish County, Washington; and
WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing, it appeared
that proper notice and publication had been effected; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of the proposed amendment, and existing
zoning, it was determined that a designation of "Commercial" on the property
described herein would serve the best interests of the citizens of Edmonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of
Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the
Official Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Edmonds be amended to designate
as "Commercial" the property described herein.
