Resolution 185PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 185 A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY BY REZONING FROM RML (MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY) TO BN (NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS) THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-10-66. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHEREAS, on the 17th day of August, 1964, at 8:00 p.m., there came on for public hearing the matter of amendment to the Official Zoning Map by rezoning from Multiple Residential Low Density (RML) to Neighborhood Business (BN) certain property legally described as: Lot 3 and that portion of Lot 2, lying North of the Easterly production of the South line of said Lot 3, and West of a line parallel with and 165 feet Easterly, as measured along the North line of said Lots 2 and 3, of the West line of said Lot 3, Forshee's Upland Tracts, as recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, page 57, records of Snohomish County, Washington; and WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing, it appeared that proper notice and publication had been effected; and WHEREAS, after due consideration of present existing use and surrounding neighborhood zoning, it was determined by the Planning Commission that zoning of Neighborhood Business (BN) on the property herein described would be con- sistent with the most advantageous development and appropriate use of said property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the Official Zoning Map of the City of Edmonds be so amended.
