A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS THE
AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE SAID CITY BY REZONING FROM
SINGLE RESIDENTIAL 8,000 SQ. FT. (RS-8) TO NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS (BN) THAT
CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-17-66.
WHERZAS, on the 19th day of October, 1966 at 8 a 00 p.m. , there came on

Page 31, records of Snohomish Countyti Washington; and
WHEREAS, at the time and date fisted for said public hearing, it appeared
that proper notice and publication had been effected; and
WHEREAS+ ,after due consideration of present existing use and aurrounding
neighborhood zoning, it was determined by the Planning Commis:siou that zoning
of Neighborhood Business (BN) on the property herein deascrll hWd would be con-
sistent with the most advantageous development and appropriate use of said
property;,
NOW, THEIREF®RE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Comissio-a of tine City of
Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the
Official Zoning Map of the City of Edmonds be so amended.
