A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUKCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS THIS
AMENDM IT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE STREET PLAN OF SAID CITY BY ESTABL"ISHING
rORSYTHE LANE BETWEEN rIFTh AVENUE SOUTH AND SIXTH AYMYE SOUTH AS A
FlFTY-FOOT PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREASO the 19th day of October, 1966, at 8v00 p.m., was the date and
time set for public hearing on the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive
Strut Flan by establishing Forsythe Lane between Fifth avenue South and
Sixth Avenue Smith as a fifty -foot public right-of-way- and
WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing, it appeared
that proper notice and publication hal been effected; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of the proposed amandment, :13 presented
in Engineer's Drawing No. 1.291/13A, and existing fifteen -foot night-ofq-way,
together with oxisting and projected use along said right-of-way, it was
determiued that such amendment would be in the bast interests of the citizens
of the City of Edmonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By this Planning Commission of the City of
Edmonds that recowmendation be aside to the City Council of said City that the
Comprehensive Street Plan for said City be amended by establishing Forsythe
Lane between Fifth Avenue South and Sixth Avenue South as a fifty -foot aright -of -
way, in accordance with Engineer's Drawing No. 1.231/13A.
