RESOLUTION NO. 208
A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS THE
ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF "DESIGN STANDARDS FOR MAJOR & SECONDARY CITY STREETS
IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON", AS SET FORTH IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. CP-31-66.

WHEREAS, the 16th day of November, 1966, at 8:00 p.m., was the date and
time set for public hearing on the proposed amendment to the City Code of
the City of Edmonds by the adoption by reference of "Design Standards for
Major and Secondary City Streets in the State of Washington", prepared by
the State of Washington Design Standards Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the time and date fixed for said public hearing, it appeared
that proper notice and publication had been effected; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of the proposed Design Standards, it
was determined that such amendment would be in the interest of the health,
safety, and welfare of the citizens of Edmonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of
Edmonds that recommendation be made to the City Council of said City that the
City Code of the City of Edmonds be amended by the adoption by reference of
the volume entitled "Design Standards for Major and Secondary City Streets in
the State of Washington", prepared by the State of Washington Design Standards
Committee.
