The annexed area given a zoning classification of RS-8 is almost
entirely built up with the lots having been laid out according to
Snohomish County RR-8400 zoning standards. The t:dmonds RS-8 iot stan-
dards are closely similar to County RR-8400 requirements. No lots will
be made Sabstandard by this City zoning classification.
The annexed area given a zoning classification of R 5-12 contains
eight developed lots which were .Laid out according to County RR-1.2.5
statndarda, and none of these lots will be made substandard by the City
Zaring classification. The undeveloped portion of the annexed area is
characterized by fairly rough topography and adjoins RS-20 zoning to
the west with RS-12 zooning to the southwest. The proposed RS-12 zoning
on this portion of the subject tract would provide a good transition
between the Lynnw, rjd area to the east (with 8400 square foot min.'Mum
lot sizes) and the .BdirK>nds RS-20 zone to the west.
