EXHIBIT "Ae
The proposed zoning could possibly lay thegroundworkfor similar
apartment zoning on the west side of 9th Ave. No., where there is
a long strip of undeveloped land. The proposal mould also be an
inroad into the.RS-12 zone where many fine homes have been built.
The intersection of 9th.Ave. and Puget Drive is hazardous because
of the number and -arrangement of connecting .streets, and the con-
struction of apartments would add to.the hazard.
Many residents in the area oppose the rezone proposed.
