RESOLUTION NO. 250
A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMENDING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY BY DESIGNATING
AS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE, MEDIUM DENSITY (RS-8) THAT PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-14-67.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds,
pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing on
a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of said City for
redesignating the real property described in Planning Commission
File No. R-14-67 from Single Family Residence, Low Density (RS-12)
to Single Family Residence, Medium Density (RS-8); and
WHEREAS, having made the findings set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined that the real
property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto should be designated
Single Family Residence, Medium Density (RS-8); now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of said City that
recommendation be and the same hereby is made to said City Council that
the property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto be so designated
on said document.

The subject tract is about one-third acre in size and is surrounded
on three sides by RS-8 zoning. Two sides of the.property face onto
public streets, and the site has good residential characteristics.
