Resolution 262PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 262 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY BY DESIGNATING AS MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-21-67. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of said City for redesignating the real property described in Planning Commission File No. R-21-67 from General Commercial (CG) to Multiple Residential Low Density (RML); and WHEREAS, having made the findings set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined that the real property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto should be designated Multiple Residential Low Density (RML); now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of said City that recommendation be and the same hereby is made to said City Council that the property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto be so designated on said document. S. 99 and should be developed with a Multi -Family Residential use of the same type as already permitted on the bulk of the petitioner's property. The subject property has access to 76th Ave. W., which is zoned for single and multi -family development. The proposed use would not be detrimental to adjoining properties.
