Resolution 575PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 575 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMIVIENDING APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP TO ESTABLISH GENERAL COMMERCIAL (CG) ZONING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 220TH STREET S.W. AND HIGHWAY 99, AS SET FORTH IN FILE ;[AZ-4-77. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing on a proposal to amend the Zoning Map to establish General Commercial (CG) Zoning at the southeast corner of 220th Street S.W. and Highway 99; and WHEREAS, the site has been developed with commercial uses which conform to the CG Zoning; and WHEREAS, the CG designation conforms to the existing Snohomish County General Commercial Zoning on the site; and WHEREAS, the proposal will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts; now therefore BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission recommends and forwards to the City Council of said City, that the Official Zoning Map, as set forth in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto, be approved.
