Resolution 271PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 271 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY BY DESIGNATING AS MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY (RML) THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-1-68, PROVIDED THAT THE CITY SHALL AGREE TO THE TERMS OF A CONTRACT PROPOSED BY THE APPLICANT SPECIFYING THE TYPE AND BUILD OF BUILDING PROPOSED. The proposed rezone would be a logical extension of the apartment zone. The contract submitted with the rezone appli- cation assures the neighboring residents and the City that the proposed structure will be built exactly as shown on the plot and elevation plans attached to the application.
