RESOLUTION NO. 271
A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMENDING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY BY DESIGNATING
AS MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY (RML) THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN
PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-1-68, PROVIDED THAT THE CITY SHALL
AGREE TO THE TERMS OF A CONTRACT PROPOSED BY THE APPLICANT SPECIFYING
THE TYPE AND BUILD OF BUILDING PROPOSED.
WHEREAS, the Planning; Commissian of the City of Edmonds.,
pursuant to proper notice and publication, held ra pub1ic. hearing; on
a proposed amendment to the Of*fcia- 1 Zoning Map of said City for
^edesignating the real property described in Planning Commission File
No. iZ-1-68 from Single: Residential 6,000 -Squzare Feet MS-6) to Multiple
Residential Lox Density (RKLL); and
WHEREAS, the applicant havinF- submitted a contract specifying
the type and buIx of the building proposed, as set forth in Exhi: .it T' Ak5

in accordance therewith; and

EXHIBIT "B"
The subject property faces RML and RMH zoned areas across 2nd Avenue
and Bell Street. The proposed rezone would be a logical extension
of the apartment zone. The contract submitted with the rezone appli-
cation assures the neighboring residents and the City that the proposed
structure will be built exactly as shown on the plot and elevation
plans attached to the application.
