EXHIBIT "A"
The need for additional apartment zoning has not been proven for
the subject area. Many acres of land have been zoned for apart-
ments along the east side of U. S. Highway 99, and as get no
apartments have been built in the vicinity. An identical proposal
was submitted by the applicant six months ago, and no change has
occurred in the area which would justify the approval of the
application.
