EXHIBIT "A"
The proposal to allow residential development more intensive
than that allowed under the RS-6 regulations would be detrimental to
the local traffic pattern and the living conditions of the people in
the immediate area. Also the right-of-way of Holly Drive is only 25'
wide, while City Standards require a 60' right-of-way.
The adjoining RMH zone north of the subject property contains
only 159 of the area actually developed with apartments. Until the
existing apartment zones are predominantly developed with apartments,
no consideration should be given to the expansion of the apartment zone.
EXHIBIT "B"

25, Township 27 North, Range 3 E., W. M.
