EXHIBIT W
Because of its unique nature, probably not mcre than one or two hospitals
will be built in Fkknnds. Allowing a wre flexible building height for
this single use will not have a detrimental ipact on the desirable
characteristics of the amity providing height omtrols can be applied
throt;gh the Board of Adjustment.
