Resolution 288PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 288 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMENDING THE AMENDMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN MAP OF SAID CITY BY REDESIG- NATING AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. CP-1-68. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing on a petition to amend the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map of the said City to redesignate the real property described in Planning Commission File No. CP-1-68 from Multi -Family Residential to Single -Family Residential; and WHEREAS, having made the findings set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined that the real property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto should be redesignated Single -Family Residential; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of said City that recommendation be and the same hereby is made to said City Council that the proposed amendment be approved.
