EXHIBIT "A"
The Zoning Ordinance contains no text to guide the development of
Hospital zoned property. Hospitals are a permitted use in Multiple
Residence Districts. No need exists to maintain a special zone on the
Zoning Map solely for hospitals. The "Hospital" zone is similar to
the "Public" zone in that its application to private property is an
improper use of the City's police power. RML zoning surrounds the
subject property on three sides.
EXHIBIT "B"
Tracts 25 and 26 and the North 1/2 of Tracts 27 and 28, Solner's
Five Acre Tracts, Together with vacated 216th Street S. W. adjoining
thereto.
