EXHIBIT "A"
The subject area is zoned RS-6 and is developed with good quality
single-family homes. Only a small portion of the area is vacant.
East/west streets within the area are substantially substandard in
width, and multiple residence development would disrupt the traffic
pattern of the area. Within the foreseeable future, single family
residential use is the best type of development for this subject area.

Comprehensive band Use Plan of the City of Edmonds as Multi -Family
