EXHIBIT "A"
The need for additional apartment zoning around the Five Corners
Intersection has not been proven because 12 acres of RML zoning were
established several years ago and no apartments have been built around
the intersection to date. Eight acres of this zoned area are vacant.
The subject property and adjoining properties to the east have no
existing or proposed street system allowing vehicular circulation through
the area. The proposal does not constitute a logical extension of an
existing RML zone.
EXHIBIT "B"
