EXHIBIT "A"
The need for additional apartment zoning around the Five Corners
Intersection has not been proven because twelve acres of RML zoning
woke established several years ago and no apartments have been built
around the intersection to date. Eight acres of this zoned area is
vacant. Properties to the west of the subject property have no
existing or proposed street system allowing vehicular circulation
through the area. Apartment development in the area would increase
the street problem. Ply residents apposed the proposal.
EXHIBIT "B"
