Resolution 003RESOLUTION NO. 5
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels it is necessary to project
a right-of-way for 9th Avenue in accordance with the study conducted thereon,
and
WHEREAS, the same appears to be necessary and advisable as a part
of the general Comprehensive Plan for street development and
WHEREAS, June 17, 1957 has been regularly set as a public hearing
for the projection of 9th Avenue from the alley north of Daley St. to Casper
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: That the Planning Commission
of the City of Edmonds hereby recommends to the Edmonds City Council that 9th
Avenue be widened to a 50-foot right-of-way from the alley north of Daley
Street to Casper Street as shown on that certain addition to the Official
Street map of the City of Edmonds dated June 17, 1957 (File No. 8.5-01),
three copies of which are hereto attached and made a part thereof, and three
copies of which shall be attached to the ordinance and made a part thereof.
