Numerous single family homes have been zoned for bu&ness around the
Westgate Center and any of these could be used.as a location for the
doctor's office which is the. proposed. use on the Reavill property.
Also the.area of business zoning which has been established by the.
County and City at the Westgate.Center surpasses the recommended
standards for neighborhood centers. The.City should preserve the.
neighborhood business characteristics of the center by discouraging
the.enlargemnnt of the.business area.
